Lowbridge is a small town nestled in the English countryside. For years it has been a haven for people wishing to settle down in a peaceful, quaint British town. However, in the last decade it has become less than safe. Three rival teenage gangs - the lower-class Lefties, posh Righties and the shunned Outcasts - roam the streets, trying to extend their territory and gain influence. As the rivalry increases, so does the violence, and when some townspeople start to gain strange powers everyone knows that nothing good can come of it...
Now more trouble has come to this small town. A group of scientists with rather questionable morals have moved to the area and set up base just outside of town. As a sector of NIUS, their aim is to find out all they can about the powers people are developing, and they don't care how they do it...
Will there be a truce? Will one gang finally win by destroying the other two? Or will the stalemate continue as it has for the last few years, with one gang on top quickly being replaced by another? Join Lowbridge as a gang member, a member of the police force, a scientist or a townsperson who just wants their home back to how it used to be, to see if this town will ever be able to work together and protect itself from these invaders...
